I was an impulsive person, just like any of average women I behave with my hearts not my logic brain and sometimes i look back and says: What the hell was i thinking???? the object can be anything, a pair of shoes, a new comic book, or just some guys i felt head over heel for. I need something that balanced me out.
Here it comes my ex-bf but change into my bestfriend again (aren't we? doh! skip it :p), someone whose opinion I respect, he got me thinking that every decision has an effect, every single thing happened for a reason, bad and good; and no matter how we justifies it there will always be a downside after all. We can't change the problem, its basically given, but the way how we solve it and the solution remains a big question. Most of the time, we don't even know what our problem is, trying to solve by itself alone.
Life is an equation, complicated at the same time, and some time the function can be anything. There are many variables of life, also have different specified weight of effect from doing something, or etc. *see am getting dizzy with my own words*.
Turns out, he is quite right. From emotional side, there is a solution to every problem. We might deny it, not liking it, even regret about it, but that's happening, everything work on its way, naturally.
Last night, on our chitchat time, I told him how worried I am about my financial stuff. Since I'm not manage my money well *just mention that I was impulsive? okay I was*. And he's quite good with his futurist financial solution mind. Guess what, he said he just read all that financial-things from his twitter timeline, he learn from social network, (again) I felt so ashamed of myself for using my tweet just for fun. well yeah I'm not an informer, kinda me-former here :). Back to the story, so he gave me a few link, and trust me, its so confusing for read all of that "number", since I'm not a fast-learner :D. And this link for me it is awesome. I love it.
About that thing called "Servomechanism", an automatic device that uses error-sensing negative feedback to correct the performance of a mechanism. But the author of that blog used that word to explain how our brain can control our financial stuff. Just same like the phrase, practice makes perfect. The more you practice, the more you are familiar with the drill. Once you got to the real test, you feel more relaxed and confident, because you know what to expect. Its nice, explain a complicated economic-financial-whatever it called, but in a simple way.
Start with the most important, something that I need. Something compulsory and cant be substituted, define clearly, between what it is that I want, and what it is that I need. I should fix my expenses, really :D.
So after our conversation last night, I pop-out with this thought; problems in life are just the same thing like Servomechanism-word : “take that as a practice, you’ll now what to expect for the next one later”.
have a great day :)
